We are not resellers! We do not ship in other brands from overseas.

All of our bath products are handmade right here in Singapore with our own recipe by our in-house bath bomb artisan.

Our bath bombs can last for a very long time if they are stored in the optimal conditions - away from light and away from areas of high humidity.

They are all carefully shrinkwrapped and placed in their own boxes so only remove them from their packaging when you are going to use them.

That being said, we don't recommend storing them for a long time and would advise using them as soon as possible for optimal freshness.

Our products use minimal food-grade colouring and any possible residue can be washed away easily.

However, in rare occasions where you do not drain the tub and leave it overnight, there can be minimal stains. These can be washed away easily with a sponge.

We recommend soaking only from the second trimester onwards and select "Pregnancy-safe scents" when making your bath bomb selection.

Soaking during pregnancy are generally safe as long as you keep in mind a few precautions - soaking in warm water instead of hot water, and not staying in the tub for longer than 15 minutes.

Do consult your gynae if you have any concerns as well.

We use only natural ingredients that are gentle on the skin, with no preservatives, SLS or parabens.

So our products are safe for children and babies generally. (Great feedback since 2018!)

However, if it's the first time your child is using it and they have sensitive skin, we recommend soaking their feet to test for any allergies before soaking full body

As with above, we recommend dipping your feet before committing to the full soak.

That being said, we've had many customers with eczema use our products and reporting that it did not agitate their condition after usage (sometimes even experiencing symptom relief after a good soak!)

About Orders & Deliveries

We need about 2 days at least to craft your items (unless we have ready stocks). After which we will send them out via courier or you can opt to self-collect.

Express Delivery($15.50):Get within 2-3 days
Standard Delivery ($3.50, Free if above $60 spend): Get within 4-7 days
Store Pickup (Free):Get within 3-4 days. We will drop you a text once it is ready for collection. You can collect daily from 11am to 7pm (excluding certain public holidays).

Delivery schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 – 22:00H. No delivery on Sundays and PH.

In order to keep delivery fees low, we will not be able to accommodate requests for specific delivery windows for Standard Delivery ($3.50. 1000-2200H).

If you would like to receive within a specific delivery window, kindly opt for express delivery and drop us a text with the details.

Please avoid using office addresses for standard delivery due to the delivery timing restrictions. Failed delivery attempts and redelivery charges will be borne by the customers.

Yes!

Orders will need to be made by 1500H, and will be delivered from 1800H-2200H on the same day.

Delivery will cost $15.

This is not applicable to customised/character bath bombs as they are all made upon order which will need 1-3 days.

Yes. We do make special arrangements if you are ok with the shipping costs.

You will need to create a new order online if you would like to ship to more than one address.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to issue any refunds or exchanges.

However, if there is any issue, do Whatsapp us and we will try to resolve the issue together.

In the event that a refund is required, we will only refund the product price less 5% processing fee. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

We take pride in preparing all orders the way we want to receive them. All orders leaving our hands would be securely and pleasantly wrapped, attached with a "Fragile" sticker, photographed for our reference, and shipped via a tracked postage.

In cases where parcel is lost/damaged/returned for any reason other than our crafting errors, it is then the customers' responsibility to file a complaint to the courier service.

The customer is also responsible for paying any additional shipping fees for unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect mailing address or for not being home.

Our humble store is located at

1 Ubi View, Focus One Building #01-22 (but second storey, above the coffeeshop).

Our shop is not accessible by any lifts so be prepared to climb some stairs!

We are open everyday from 1100-1900H.

On our offdays, our friends at Mansa Computers will be able to help you out! (Yes! We share a space with them)
